In Central & Eastern Oregon, ALSO provides meaningful employment opportunities to individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities. Our supported employment program helps people to find rewarding jobs in their communities with our local employer partners. We assist with job development, job coaching, individual placement, skills training, the hiring process, and provide other support services. The job coaches and supported employment specialists that work at ALSO are here at every step of the employment process and aim to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our goal is to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities meet all their employment goals, starting with the job search and continuing with ongoing support and job training. We love helping job seekers become a part of a diverse workforce and be more connected to their communities.
