Join us at ALSO’s In-Person Hiring Event and take the first step toward a career that makes a difference! We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, empowered lives in their communities.

At the event, you can:

Starting Pay & Benefits:

• $18.50–$20.00/hr starting pay

• $250 Retention Bonus at 6 months (with completed training)

• Paid Training

• 10 Paid Holidays (including your birthday!)
