Southern Oregon Supported Employment Services

In Southern Oregon, ALSO provides employment opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our supported employment program allows people to find meaningful jobs in their communities with the local employers we partner with. We assist with job development, job placement, skills training, the hiring process, and provide other support services. The job coaches and supported employment specialists that work at ALSO are here to help with every step of the employment process. Our goal is to help individuals with disabilities meet all their employment goals, starting with the job search and continuing with ongoing support. We love helping everyone become a part of a diverse workforce and be more connected to their communities.
