🏔️ What is the ALSO HEARTS 2024 Mountain to Valley Challenge?
The Hearts 2024 Mountain to Valley Challenge is a unique virtual fitness event in which participants can choose from various activities such as hiking, trail running, cycling, walking, wheeling, and more to simulate the experience of traversing from the mountain tops to the valleys. All while improving their fitness levels and achieving personal milestones!

  • Experience an Adventure: Embark on a virtual journey from the mountains to the valleys, exploring different terrains and landscapes and experiencing the thrill of outdoor activities from the comfort of your home or local surroundings.

A no-ask event that is open to everyone. Come join us as we share our mission by showcasing our vital programs, services, team members, and people we support. Whether you’re looking to learn more about ALSO’s services or a local business looking to partner with us, the tour is open to all. We are excited to meet and learn more about each other virtually. Come meet the team and learn about ALSO. Tour Dates are from noon to 1:00 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Come on down to Troutdale’s First Friday and stop by ALSO Arts from 5pm to 8pm to meet the featured monthly artist, meet ALSO Artists, listen to music, and buy art from local artists. During the summer months, First Friday expands into the street with dozens of vendors, sidewalk dining, live music at Mayors Square, a Kid Zone, and much more!
