ALSO is a not for profit organization supporting people with developmental and intellectual challenges. We offer a variety of residential and vocational supports to cater to each person¹s support needs. ALSO prides itself in supporting people one person at a time.

"Supported Living has taught me how to be independent and I hope to live on my own some day" - Dan G.

Our Mission Statement: It is the mission of ALSO (Adult Learning Systems of Oregon, Inc.) to promote the full inclusion of people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the life of their community.

The organization is more than a means of support to some, place to work for others and community connection for many, it¹s an extension of family to all those that allow it to touch their heart.

"I like Supported Living because I have freedom to live as I want and I love going to work at the Vocation Site every day!"

- James W.

Wage Campaign

Join us July 30th from 1-3pm at PCC-Cascade Campus (Room TBA) 705 N. Killingsworth St. Portland, OR 97217

We need our employees, parents, business partners, community and friends to come together to show our dedication and support by providing feedback to the OR Department of Human Services on why we need to increase wages for all Direct Support Professionals in Oregon! You can show your support by attending this lively discussion and wearing something Red!

Please help generate ideas to ensure the safety, health and independence of all Oregonians!
