What Are In-Home Support Services?

In-Home Services are flexible supports provided in the person’s home to help them maintain health, build skills, and fully participate in daily and community life. These services are tailored to each person’s goals, preferences, and unique support needs.

Our Services May Include:

  • Support with daily routines and personal care
  • Medication assistance and health-related support (as authorized)
  • Meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Skill-building for independence and self-advocacy
  • Assistance with communication and adaptive equipment

Every support plan is unique and developed in collaboration with the person, their family, and their care team.
