ALSO helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities find real, community-based jobs across the Rogue Valley, Klamath Basin, and the broader Southern Oregon region.
Southern Oregon stretches from the Rogue Valley to the Klamath Basin, encompassing a diverse mix of urban centers, small towns, and rural communities. ALSO has built employment partnerships across this entire region, working with businesses in Medford, Ashland, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls, and the communities in between.
We provide individualized supported employment services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath counties. Our job coaches and employment specialists understand the regional economy and the employers who call it home. We match the people we support with jobs that genuinely fit, and we stay with them through every stage of the process.
For employers, every service ALSO provides comes at no cost.
If you are an adult with I/DD living in the Rogue Valley, the Klamath Basin, or anywhere in Southern Oregon and you want to work, our ALSO team can help. We start with a conversation, not an application. We want to know your goals, your strengths, and what kind of work feels meaningful to you. From there, our team does the work of finding the right match.
No prior work experience is needed. Whether you are looking for your first job or getting back into the workforce, we are built for every experience level.
